BLOGTOBER - Day 31

Today I'll surely be running around like a chicken without a head.
My friend is getting married and I'll be there in the morning to get her ready, deal with the food and make sure things run smoothly.

So here's a Haloweeny post for you.

What's your halloween plans?

BLOGTOBER - Day 29

Have you got that party feeling?

Well Superdrug has!

Currently in Superdrug, if you buy anything on their 3 for 2 cosmetics sale you can get a free tote bag.

In my previous post I wrote about the new Rimmell Lipstick I got on the 3 for 2 offer.

Well I also picked up some lashes and Barry M Matte lip pencils.

I picked up each of the course in the range as I do love a good matte lippy.

I gave Dasiy one of the lipsticks each...

Are you a Barry M fan?

BLOGTOBER - Day 28

It's that time of year again when Boots are doing their Christmas 3 for 2 specials.
And I definitely took advantage of this.

I was just looking for some self tan for my legs and I ended up buying 3 lovely hampers.

The first 2 I got were from Sanctuary.
I have had a few bits from this company before and felt like they were really nice quality and worth splurging out a bit on.

The last one was a Boots Extract box.
I think this is my fave.
I love the playful box and the products are lovely.

I especially enjoy fruit scents so this Satsuma body spritz will be well used!

Have you picked anything up in the Boots 3 for 2 sales?

BLOGTOBER - Day 27

Payday has come and I decided to pop into Superdrug to pick up some treats for myself.

There was a 3 for 2 offer on all cosmetics so I picked up 3 new Rimmel lipsticks, one I've already given to Daisy as it was a nice nudey pink which she likes.

The other 2 I picked up were a pink and a purple.

The colours I got for myself were 110 Pink A Punch and 800 Under My Spell.

The packaging is gorgeous, its sleek and classy.
The colour is on the outside of the packaging too so you know what colour it is straight away.

The Rimmel crown is on the top of the lid too.

Even thought the pink is a bright pink it also comes off a bit coral.
The purple is a lovely deep purple, almost gothic. Its lush!

Here's the colours as a swatch.

I'm loving the quality of the lippy.

Have you picked up any f the new Rimmel line?

BLOGTOBER - Day 26

Here's some bits I got on the weekend.

I needed some plain back pumps as mine have ceased to exist and next weekend they'll be in use as part of a combined Halloween outfit with Rachel.

The sweets and brush/mirror were from my mum, just because why not kinda thing.

I decided to try the Dove dry shampoo instead of Batiste just because I am currently finding my normal Batiste dry shampoo to be very expensive recently.
This one was a steal at 99p from b&m.

The perfume was a last minute purchase just for some cheap smelly to chuck in my bag since I am coming to an end on my super drug fruit body sprays.
This was £3.99, bargain. Smells cute and girly, so I'm happy.

The lashes are from Primark, bought surely for the night out on Saturday.
They were nice and light and made my eyes look fluttery as fuck.

The Silky Underwear is clearly from Lush, I have been meaning to try this out for an age, since next weekend I plan to be totally bare legged for an entire day I figured now was the best time to purchase this.

I got some items from Boots' Natural Collection.

And finally I had to replace my face powder so popped this Rimmel Translucent pressed powder in my basket, for a cool £2.10 as there was a knick in the plastic cover, which isn't a bother for me.

What have you been hauling recently?

BLOGTOBER - Day 25

Yesturday was an adventure of a day.

It started with breakfast at Coast to Coast.
I had a breakfast feast which as you can see is made up of pancakes, bacon, sausage, egg and breakfast potatoes.

The breakfast was rather nice but if it had come on a plate it would have been a million times better.

Then we went to b&m's where my mum stocked up on cheap christmas tat and I got a glass of American treats.

Then it was into the car and onto the motor way to West Yorkshire where we stopped at Pontefract.
There is a particular butchery which we really love so it's worth the trip just for good sausages and pork pies.

I popped into Boots and tried a load of different lipsticks and glosses.

Finally settling on one red lippy.
(post on other purchases to come)

I had a quick look in New Look swell and stumbled upon this gorgeous mermaid clutch.
How beautiful is it?!!?

And just look at this sippy cup...
Clearly made with me in mind!

After we had got our stuff from the butchery and my parents had a hair cut each, it was time to go back home.

Car selfie, why not?!?

We stopped at Meadowhall to get some bits from Primark and Lush.

And stopped at Carluccio's for a drink and some lunch.

I wanted to have some food to eat before the evenings plans so I got some bits to share with my dad.
We got the 3 for £10 small plate starters.

We just picked the first 3 on the menu and they happen to all be lovely.

The rice balls were pretty amazing!!

Then it was time for home.

I had a quick nap as I'd been up pretty early.

Then onto getting ready as I was meeting Rachel and her friend Kieren in town for a drink and a boogy.

I have very few pics from the night, but here's a few.

(stolen from Kieren's IG because I didn't get a pic of Rach and myself, but she looked beautiful)

Liquid Courage

I danced with people, had some drinks with people and laughed with other people.

I had a lovely day all in all and now I'm pooped.
I've had a lazy sunday visiting garden centre's and lidl.

Bring on the Harry Potter marathon on Sky movies!

How have you spent your weekend?
