BLOGTOBER - Day 13

Looks like a jawbreaker right?
Wrong!

It's a bath bomb from Lush called Sakura.

Its such a pretty colour too, it looks like unicorns.

It's my favourite bath bomb from Lush, it's not all singing all dancing, it's sweet and simple.

I had a lovely bath the other night using this bath bomb and boy does it make the body feel amazing!

Once the bomb has fizzled out it leaves your bath with a nice scent and if you used bubbles in your bath it turns them all paste colours.

If you are ever in a pickle, do yourself a favour and get one of these and pop it in your bath and just feel the relaxation!

The first time I got this was from Daisy for Christmas and its been a fave since then!

And just for good measures, here's it in action!

Are you a Lush fan?

A VERY Lush Wishlist

So you may or may not know that I am a fan of Lush.
As I said in a previous post, I adore a nice long hot bath with all the stuffs in, bath bombs, bubble bars, oils soaps.

Here's my current Lush wants:

Rose Jam //  Ice Blue // Each Peach (two's a pair) // Granny Takes a Dip
It Started with a Kiss // Phoenix Rising // Bubblegum // Curly Wurly
Rose // Secret Garden // Glamorous Lipstick

Some of these are items I've not yet tried, some are old fave's.
I particularly LOVE Each Peach massage bar, It's got a great scent and is nice and soft, I love how the oils are activated by the warmth of your hands, this is particularly good to use after shaving my legs to keep them soft and nourished.
Another I adore is the Rose bubble bar. It's got a very delicate scent and is super easy to crumble under running water.

Do you have this same obsession with Lush as I do or are you not a fan?

Lush Haul

Recently I was out shopping with a friend and we popped into Lush for a quick look about and I ended up with a pretty decent haul!

Look at my beauties! 7 bags of joy!

Here's what I got:

I've used these before and I'm STILL amazed at how this makes bubbles! But, that being said, this bunch of carrots makes the best bubbles ever!

I actually got this massage bar for my mom, she uses the Hottie but isnt keen on the smell.
This one has more of a citrus smell which I know she prefers.

Again with a Citrus cent, this one I got for my dad. My dad loves taking baths and he loves ballistics, so this was naturally a good choice. The bomb itself is massive!

Its like the size of a baseball!

Im not gonna lie, I got this one cos it was glittery!
SO GLITTERY!

I got this one because IUm a fan of the carrots bubble bars so I wanted to see how this one compares.

I'd like to say I had a reason for buying this one, but I don't. Just cos flowers!

Space Girl
Again, I had no reason for this other than space!

I used this one that evening in a nice hot bath, I was in the bath for almost 2 hours.

Space Girl in action.

Space Girl bath water.

And all of that for ONLY £26.35.
I was surprised, I didn't check the prices of them before I put them in my basket, I just got what I wanted so I was expecting it to be like £45/£50.
So I'm impressed with this haul indeed!

What's your fave item from Lush?

Lush Whoosh Shower Jelly - #31daysofmay

This stuff is just AWESOME!
Its jelly, and you wash yourself with it, is there anything better in this world?

It have a very distinct citrus scent, and leaves my body smelling super fresh almost all day. In fact recently I didn't even bother to put perfume on because the smell from this jelly was so strong! Its lovely.

You can get it in a small tub (which I got and still have 75% left) or a bigger one.
Personally, Id prefer the smaller one, means you can try different ones sooner rather than later.

And is so easy to use, just take it out the tub, get it wet and rub all over you!
Or cut it into small pieces and use a piece for a week. Its so EASY!

It literally is like jelly, its wobbly and jiggles.

The only thing that is negative about this is that it seems to make your bath/shower really slippery afterwards.
I forgot to wash the bath out after using it, and had a shower the next morning and fell flat on my arse because of the slippery jelly film it had left on the floor of my bath.

Lush Haul

Yesturday I had a lovely day off and went on 2 lady dates.
I went to Leeds with an old friend Jo and we had a good ol girly day out, shopping and giggling and eating desserts.

We ventured into Lush and were greeted by Amy.
My god, she was crazy! I know the lush girls and boys tend to be a bit crazy and excitable, but this girl was a new breed of Lush crazy all together!
She was so sweet though, testing A LOT of bombs, soaps, make up and such.

I got Whoosh Shower Jelly, The Carrot Bubble Bar, Stepping Stone Foot Scrub and Each Peach (and Two's a Pear) Massage Bar.

The Carrot, Stepping Stone, Each Peach

I was on a bit of a Citrus high, so I bought pretty much all citrus items.

And I can never leave Lush without getting a charity pot of hand lotion. I find the pots so useful once they're finished.

I will review each item individually when I've had a chance to use them.
